Payments & Cancellation Pollicy

Payments:

GoCardless is the primary payment method. GoCardless is a secure and reliable service that handles Direct Debit payments. It is widely used and trusted by businesses and individuals alike for its ease of use and robust security measures.

What is GoCardless?

GoCardless is a payment service that allows for seamless, automated Direct Debit transactions. This means that once set up, your payments for training sessions or other services will be automatically debited from your bank account on pre-agreed dates, eliminating the need for manual payments each time.

(This does NOT mean you will be charged the same amount each month, ONLY services agreed upon and completed will be debited if you are a PAYG client. If you have any questions about this do not hesitate to ask!)

Benefits to You:

1. Convenience: No more remembering to make payments or dealing with reminders. Once set up, payments are automatic.

2. Security: GoCardless uses bank-level security to ensure your payment information is safe and protected.

3. Flexibility: You have control over your payments, with the ability to easily manage and update your Direct Debit details online.

In-Person Payments:

In-person payments can be taken by cash or card through Stripe. Should you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a service for any reason, please give 24 hours notice. Should you fail to attend or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will still be charged for the service.

This is simply because I may be able to allow someone else to have the appointment you can no longer attend.
