You’ll receive dedicated attention, with each session designed to push you towards your peak performance - whether that's improving athletic performance, building strength, or achieving long-term fitness. Using proven training methods, I’ll ensure every movement is optimised for your progress while keeping you safe, motivated, and supported every step of the way.
Duo Personal Training
If you prefer training with a partner, Duo Personal Training allows you to share the experience with a friend, family member, or teammate while still receiving individualised coaching. This option brings the same level of attention to your technique and progress, but with the added benefit of training alongside someone else. It’s a great way to stay motivated, hold each other accountable, and enjoy your fitness journey together, while saving on costs compared to 1-1 sessions.

For those who enjoy the energy of group training but still want personalized coaching, Private Small-Group Personal Training is the perfect solution. This service allows up to 4 people to train together in a focused, supportive environment, with a more cost-effective rate per person. I’ll guide each participant through a structured plan that builds strength, improves conditioning, and enhances athletic performance, all while ensuring proper technique and safety. Whether you're a group of athletes or friends with shared fitness goals, this is a fun and effective way to train as a team.
